For the second consecutive year, we have earned official recognition as a Great Place to Work®, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and proud to belong.
The certification, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture, is based on a rigorous independent process involving an anonymous employee survey and a culture audit. This year’s results reflect consistently high scores throughout key areas, including inclusivity, work-life balance, client service, and pride in purpose.
A Culture of Trust, Pride, and Client Focus
Once again, Lánluas achieved a perfect 100% score in client satisfaction, with every team member believing our clients would rate our service as ‘excellent.’ This aligns with our client-centric ethos and the expert delivery that defines our TechnologyOne consulting practices.
93% of employees say people take ownership of their results, and 90% feel a sense of pride in what we accomplish. Perhaps most importantly, 87% of our team say they are proud to tell others they work here.
