Lánluas Consulting, a leading provider of enterprise systems solutions, is honoured to be an ABA100 Winner for Process Improvement (BPI) in the Australian Business Awards 2023. The coveted award underscores Lánluas’s dedication to delivering excellence in process improvement for TechnologyOne customers.
Lánluas’s entry showcased its innovative work with local government clients to centralise and automate data entry and process management within TechnologyOne throughout multiple business units. The entry used an online portals project delivered with Yarra City Council as an example. The project was funded by the Victorian State Government’s Planning Reform Program 2021 and Regulatory Reform Incentive Fund (RRIF) and was aptly named “Development of back-end system and online portal for all business enquiries to Council”. The project had the objective of supporting economic recovery and job creation post-COVID.
Lánluas worked closely with Council to scope, design, build and develop internal streamlined processes that created efficiencies and aligned business units. The solution created efficiencies, improved consistency, introduced automation, and created visibility for permit applications. These efficiencies decreased the overall time it takes Council to respond to business enquiries and make decisions on applications. This has helped reduce the delays for businesses awaiting advice and approval.
“We are immensely proud of this remarkable achievement,” said John Speed, Chief Executive of Lánluas. “This recognition acknowledges our commitment to delivering transformative solutions that enable our clients to achieve operational excellence. This exemplar case reduced planning permit processing times by 25%, accelerating local business growth and stimulating Yarra City Council’s economy.”
“We extend our gratitude to our exceptional team members. In particular, Rob Nancarrow, Matthew Lucarelli and Josh Brandsema and to our collaborators at Yarra City Council, namely Sarah Griffiths and Marnie Vincent, whose dedication and collaboration made this success possible,” Speed said.
